This afternoon retreat to honour the Spring Equinox is a chance to clear, cleanse and return to balance. An opportunity to celebrate new beginnings and truly embrace stillness and movement as medicine. Welcome to all, I invite you to carve out some time for yourself.
The space will be cleansed with sage as we set new intentions and place offerings at the altar. Then we will move through a dynamic vinyasa practice to mobilise and energize the body, then slow right down with restorative to calm the nervous system and balance the mind. After a short pause we will then return to the mat for a Frequency of Light sound healing journey, inviting transformation through crystalline resonance, voice activation and light language.
Closing the session with tea, sweet treats and conversation.​

Join Anna and Cammii for a special sound bath to restore your body & relax your mind. Come dressed in your comfiest clothes and fluffiest socks. The only requirement is to get comfortable and rest. Our soundscape will cleanse, balance and soothe.

A Frequency of Light © session is a multidimensional crystal sound healing experience designed to support the harmonisation of your full energetic anatomy, including the 12 chakra system and light body. The Frequency of Light © technique was created and channelled by Molly Anne Chinner during the Lions Gate portal of 2025, and is shared through trained practitioners as a coherent pathway of crystalline sound and energetic awareness.

Each session is unique and co created in the moment, guided by your energy and held within the Frequency of Light © field. You may experience sensation, emotion, imagery, deep stillness, or profound rest. Whatever arises is welcomed, and the medicine meets you exactly where you are.

Celebrate Midsummer with a nourishing afternoon of breathwork, warming yoga and sound healing. Beginning with some midsummer rituals, then using a progression from Yin to Vinyasa yoga we will explore the benefits of fascial release as we move through a flow to warm the body. After taking a short pause, we will return to the mat for a nourishing soundbath using crystal singing bowls. voice and koshi chimes.
All are welcome, includes herbal tea, community connection and sweet treats!​​
